Learn about our new social distancing protocols for dog park use

Let's Play!!

Aloha Friend of KHS,

We are excited to announce that the KHS Dog Parks will be re-opening on June 1, 2020!

As part of this re-opening, new safety measures are being implemented to ensure the health and safety of all KHS members. Please take note of the following protocols:

  • Dog parks will require a key for entry. To get a key, please check in at the front desk (face mask required).
  • Proof of `Ohana level membership or higher will be required to obtain a key.
  • Gate key will be exchanged with Member's car keys. You will receive your car keys back when you return the gate key. Sharing access to your gate key or allowing anyone in the park without a key will result in the revocation of dog park privileges.
  • Maximum occupancy per park is 5 Memberships per park. Each membership can bring 2 people from the same household and 2 dogs from within the same household. Maximum occupancy is 10 people and 10 dogs at a time.
  • KHS will not be providing poop bags in the dog park. Each member is expected to bring their own bags and clean up after their dog.
  • Dogs MUST be brought into and out of the park on a leash.
  • Dog Park visits are limited to 1 hour.

Failure to follow any of our safety measures will result in loss of dog park privileges.

While some of these safety measures are new, please know we are following the guidelines laid out by the CDC and with the County recommendations.
